We’ve made huge strides in the final setup for BBQ Country!
✅ Legal Structure: The holding company (TRJ) and operating company (BBQ Country) are finalized.
✅ Operations: The Hardy County Food Permit is paid for, the Fire Marshal has given us the okay and the WVABCA license process is soon underway.
✅ Equipment: The custom open pit is now home in Wardensville and getting seasoned to provide the community with pit mastered perfection!
We're pushing our opening to April 2026. We can't wait to fire up the smoker for you!
